Anything in the lettuce family is good except ICEBERG !!
Iceberg is the hardest to digest. Raw spinach is the most healthy relating to your question but I prefer Butter Lettuce, Red or Red Tip Lettuce.

The most common iceberg lettuce you get on a taco for example has few nutrients compared to the darker leafy greens for salads....select a variety for texture, spice and flavor. It will taste a lot better and you'll benefit from the vitamins etc. Here are a few choices : spinach, romaine, red leaf, endive, butter lettuce, and some leafy cabbages can be added like savoy.
