If it is only 11 weeks old, it will be about 10-12 pounds when grown.

That would be closer to a miniature than a toy, but miniatures are wonderful little dogs, and tend to have less health problems.

It depends, Toy dogs are bred down in size from the full size breed (in your case the standard poodle) ,you can tentatively go by the parents weights so if Mom is 7lbs full grown and dad is 10 then you will have him/her around those sizes.But nothing is a guarantee as sometimes but very rarely you can get a larger size dog.Even your vet would not be able to say exactly 100% how big the puppy will get.Females are usually smaller than males though.

If it's a toy I don't think it will grow.
