I have dandruff, how can I stop it?

I have tried all sorts of shampoo, herbal, apple cider vinegar, urine therapy, stopped certain foods. No luck, but I still eat wheat and I am vegan. Please help?

Does "vegan" mean you can't use Head and Shoulders or that special dandruff solution T-Gel? If so, I think you should make a tiny exception because dandruff sucks. Don't use hot water on your hair when you wash it, cold is the best.

Have you tried coal tar shampoo? It worked pretty well for me.
