Sleep in the bathtub. And stop eating cookies 24/7! You see what happens now after 35 years of eating cookies... you're still wetting the bed.

Make the best of a bad situation. Put some cress seeds in there. After a weeks growing they'll be an ideal addition to any salad.
You could even go into business "Uncle Cookie's Piss Grown Cress" You'll make a fortune!
Now do you have any business ideas that can benefit from me $hitting the bed?

try to not drink any liquids after 6pm, if this does not help, set your alarm to wake you up a couple of times during the night and visit the bathroom at this time.
most of the time bed wetting is related to some kind of stress, you might just have to get some counseling on the matter.
if even that does not work you might have problems with inconsistency, with this a doctor will be able to help.

3- have a table spoon of honey. it helps reducing that urge of peeing

See a doctor. Many people have a disorder in their brain that doesn't tell them when they need to go to the restroom. So many people, male and female have this problem only when they are very tired or or sick. It is nothing to be ashamed of. See a doctor, a Urologist.

See your doctor and find out if you have an abnormality in your urinary system that is causing this problem. And it is a problem many have. So, don't feel isolated. There are medications the doctor can prescribe for you that will help.
