Looking for a classic car from the 60's or 70's that will run fast but not cost and arm-and-a-leg. Also looking for something reliable. No make or model preference, but prefer to have it in black.

Cars made in the 60's and 70's are going to cost you an arm and a leg if they are in any good shape. These are collector cars and as such, have collector prices on them. If you find a cheap car in those year brackets, they are probably junk.
