It's like.. a really warm day, and I was playin' hacky sack for like nearly an hour, and it got difficult to keep it up. Like other nights we can play for a few hours, or at least an hour and a half. Today, it made me think about if it really helps you lose weight faster if you're out in the heat, cuz everyone says that's the way it is, but I was never really sure. I thought I would consult the Internet. ^-^
Thank you.

Hey, Good Knower. Have you even played it? You obviously haven't taken a Grammar course.

yes, but playing hacky sack isn't working out. you get drunk faster in the heat, and that's not working out either.

It makes you lose water faster, you dehydrate, therefore lose water weight. If you want to lose fat weight, exercise to about 70% your max heart rate for at least 40 minutes. It doesn't have to be out in the hot sun, even at night with a fan on, you'll lose weight.

If yo uwant to find out your average heart rate take your age and subtract from 220, then multiply by .70, that's 70% of your max heart rate. Anything between 50% and 70% makes you lose weight.

Make sure you drink lots of water if your sweating a lot. Sweat means you're losing water because the body needs to cool down. you must replenish the water you're losing due to sweat.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Well, whatever you're doing right now on your diet, you should do the opposite for a few days. Like if you're having mainly protein try to have some carbs from whole wheat and fruit in decent proportions. Or if you're used to a diet with a lot of variety then try to split the caloric intake in half and spread it over 6 meals. Basically just try to take order. Set up an eating schedule for the next week ahead of you (with the times of meals, how long they should last in your opinion, what they contain, and how many calories/carbs/grams of protein they have etc) and follow it strictly. The results will feel effortless. Keeping an eye on your weight will help loads too.

well you are covered in more sweat because its hot and your body is trying to cool itself down. i don't know if you do or not, but when you sweat you sweat out toxins, so maybe in a way you are losing weight. also drinking a lot of water flushes your system and suppresses your appetitie and all. so maybe you are losing weight,-and if so, good for you!

it sort of does, because you sweat more in the heat, however theweight loss is because ofdehydration, and will come back on as soon as you get rehydrated, the tiredness was caused by simply not having enough water in your body. Drink more when exercising or playing in the heat.

Yes, but it is water weight. Your body is using more water to keep you cool, so you need to drink more water when you are out exerting yourself in the heat!
