I've lost about 40 pounds since September and what i did was cut my calories. I mostly ate lean-cuisine's and i started to do cardio workouts like running or step classes, stuff like that. its all about your daily habits though. do you eat alot of carbs? maybe you should try a low carb diet, those are good for fast weight loss. cutting sugar is also good.. use splenda everywhere you would use sugar. Also the average American usually intakes most of their calories in drinks per day... try to avoid any carbonated drinks, switch to water.. or if you're really craving something carbonated, just drink a diet drink once in awhile. if you do any of these for a set amount of time, you're going to see results.. its all in how bad you want it and how hard you work at it.. if you have a chubby belly, crunches do work, but you have to realize you need to get rid of the fat before you can see the results of the crunches.. run, dance, do stuff that makes you sweat your belly away !!! good luck with whatever you choose to do!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

So many solutions... dude you are very younger. Don't say that "I am a pupil so I do not get time for whatever". You have always. Eat some thing you wish to. Just pass external in night time and play a few out of doors video games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket and so on and so on. Play up to you'll. Play soccer everyday for an hour or 2 and you can see the alterations.

you should be able to lose 16 lbs. in 3 months.....cut down on your food intake, eat 3 meals a day and watch your portions at meals, meaning, dont take seconds and dont take heapings on your firsts.....dont eat sugars or sweets and eat less than 35 grams of fat a day.......drink plenty of water...absolutely no soda!!!!! carbs are ok to eat........exercise as much as you can, walk , walk walk!!!! i lost 50 lbs in 2 months by doing this......im not saying losing that fast is healthy, but i was eating healthier and exercising, so the weight just melted off of me, and ive been dieting now for the last 20 years...its easy to lose it, the hard part is KEEPING IT OFF!!!

i lost 26 pounds in 6 weeks. i cut out all sugars and carbs, no sodas and i drank ALOT of water. i also walked or exercised at least 4 times a week. I cut out the starches but still ate whole grains and high proteins. I eat fruit, yogurt and other foods, so im not depriving my body of the things that it needs. and it worked..

There is a couple diets that you can try. The 3 day diet and theres the souper diet. Diet and excersise is the best way to loose weight

Walk or run every day. At least 30 minutes. Cardio should be your number one thing. Also, cut your calorie intake to about 1500 calories a day. also, stop worrying and stressing. Stress causes fat to build up in your belly and butt area.

my husband was on this diet and taking a pill called redotex this pill is awesome he lost 120 pounds nothing else worked for him but this i also tried it for one month i lost 10 pounds can you believe that remember to exercise atleast three times a week

drinks lots of water and stay off sodas and try to exercise a little each day like walk for 30 minutes and eat healthy
