Yes, anything with lots of calories can make you fat if you eat too much of them. Maybe 2000 calories per day for a small person or 3000 per day for a big person. If you eat more, you gain weight, less and you lose weight.

Yes, because the hamburgers use the chips* as legs, and walk themselves into your mouth, cramming your gob full whether you like it or not.
What makes you fat is eating more calories then you burn. Junk food gets the blame because it provides more of them than, say, celery. If you ate enough of many "good" foods, you'd get fat (or maybe sick)
