I have a four year old niece, we simply told her baby's grow in mom's tummy, then they are born and grow up. this has satisfied her so far, but if she asks for more information we will give it. her 7 year old sister already asked about menstruation and we have talked to her openly.

Answer to your question-Where do babies come from in telling it to kids, depends on how old are the kids. Small children should be told that mommy has the baby inside her tummy and after some time the baby will be born. Older kids should be told that Daddy planted a seed inside mommy's tummy and for the next few months the baby will start growing inside her mommy's tummy and then it will be born.

Tell them Babies come from the Stork and when they get older tell them the real deal.

The Stork

When a Mommy & Daddy want a baby they call the Stork. Than the Stork makes an appointment with the Mommy. The Stork gives thier Mommy something to eat and a baby grows in the Mommys stomache.

Take a trip to the library. There are a lot of great books out there that you can use to help explain it. I hae used anatomy books as well with my children. Just be honest with them from the start. Don't tell them things that will make it easier for you to explain because in the end they are going to learn it and it would be best coming from you instead of a friend or other kids.

Tell them the truth that Daddy puts the baby ion Mommy's tummy. That should sufice for a year or so until they are older and ask how Daddy puts it there. I'm a firm believer in telling them the truth

Listen I am very open with my children. I tell them exactly where kids come from and how they are made. I do not like to lie to my kids so I try to be as open as possible. Just tell the truth!!!

tell them the truth it saves confusion and sexual curiosity later on . Be discreet tell them it takes both mum and dad to do the job mention mums seed and dads fertiliser , its not as gruelling as you think my daughter asked at the age of 4 and she doesn't act as though it a big deal but she sure impressed the pre school teacher.

Tell them that you bought them for a farthing from a gypsy
woman in a distant country far far away!
When they get older and become "problems" for you,
you can tell them to pack their bags so they can go and find
that gypsy!
