You don't say how old you are, which is a big factor in determining a healthy weight. Here is a link for calculators:

http://www.healthstatus.net/calculators.html

Remember that these charts and calculators do not take into the effect of fat vs. muscle composition. You would need to find out your overall fat % and muscle % to get an accurate number. Bodybuilders would be considered overweight according to these calculators, however they only have a small percentage of body fat.

As long as you're active daily (30min-60min), you eat balanced meals throughout the day, and you don't overdo it on soda, junk food and fast foods, you should be alright.

If you still feel overweight, please don't start dieting. That actually causes your body to hold onto fat because it thinks it's not going to get fed. The best thing to do is to stay active and drink plently of water.

You have got the general idea from the above but you can do bodybuilding to make your body look exactly the way you want it to. People think it gives you big muscles but people choose that while others choose to use it to make them look very slender.

Also no one answered one of your old questions correctly. A pound is weight and there are 16 ounces in it. A gallon is volume and ounces are not a measurement of volume. It is a measurement of weight. Does anyone out there know what they measure volume with? Fluid ounces. A cup is 8 fluid ounces. A quart is 32 fluid ounces and a gallon is 128 fl. oz.

Which weighs more a pound of feathers or a pound of lead? They both weigh the same. Which weighs more a pound of feathers or a pound of gold. The feahers weigh more since gold is in the troy weight system which is different.

Depends on your age, if you are between 11-13, 80 pounds. If you are 14-16, 85 pounds. It really depends on your body, because I know girls who are bigger in the legs, and weigh the same as a girl that might be bigger in the stomach. Let me know if you want more info.
