Yeah. I can't believe some women are even delaying having their children born until the 7th because they're afraid that their kids will be made fun of and blamed when something bad happend.
And it's actually 06-06-2006, so there's nothing really special about today. The year 666 passed a long time ago and the world hasn't ended yet.

The reason people are freaking out is because according to the Bible, 666 is the sign of the Antichrist, (the Beast) in the end times. So they assume that today has some significant meaning. However, people don't read correctly. There are things that will happen before the Antichrist comes to power. If these people would read Revelation correctly, in context, they would see they're being complete idiots, freaking out over a date.

If u think that's weird check out what a bunch of 7th graders at my school made up for April 5 this year: 1:23, 04/05/06. And the day was just as crappy as any other day, but not that it sucked any more. And there is no devil.
P.S. And don't go and bash me cuz there being no devil is a good thing!!!

People say that this day the son of the devil is going to be born and the end of the world is near and others say that that day is the end of the world. I dont really believe that cuz god will choose when the world ends. Theres also that movie called: 6-6-06 The Omen. It is being realsed today in the movie theaters. It is about the son of the devil thing.

it is meant to be the b-day of the devil but not many people take much notice of that and feel like it is any other day!!
