It's the "number of the Beast" in the Book of Revelations in the Bible.

What is the book of Daniel? Apparently the number 666 originates from a chapter in the Bible from Revelations. I heard on the radio this morning that scholars/historians believe that the number may have been mistranslated and should actually be 616 if translated correctly. They also say that the number may have not been referencing the devil, but rather Caesar as an oppressive ruler.

and it mentions the number 666.
revelations mentions either 616 OR 666, we're not sure which, but using it along with the book of daniel everyone agrees its 666.

someone told me its a # havin to do w astrology,
conectd to the roman emperor nero. so its an unlucky # for christians
not sure god would wipe out a whole planet just for it
