All depends on location and size....location as in as it grows is it going to cause problems as in compressing a nerve,is it going to be unsightly as it grows(if in a visible area) etc etc....as it grows it may become painful from pressing on something it shouldnt....plus another thing to consider is if left in and it grows larger and then you want it taken out it maybe a more extensive surgery that it wouldve been in the begining....it all depends on your preferences too and more info wouldve been easier to comment on

If it's not bothering you, I'd leave it be. Removing the fibroid can be worse than leaving it. My mother had fibroids in her breast removed and she was in tremendous pain afterwards. Of course, that was many years ago and they automatically removed them. Nowadays, if it's not bothering you, the doctors tend to leave them be because of the pain and chance of infection from removing them.

Find out the size of it, want organ it is near and any changes in your period. If you are comfortable with leaving it in then that's your choice. Find out what your Dr. feels is best
