It only takes 60 seconds for sperm to get from the vagina to the falopian tubes, where they would meet the egg, so it is too late to kill the sperm.

In that case you don't want to kill the semen inside of you... just let it work it's magik... and in 9 months you will have a bouncing ball of ignorance you can keep stupid and foist on the world.

If there's sperm inside of you, you could be or get pregnant. Take a test if you miss your period.
On a related note, if you're going to have sex and don't want diseases or to become pregnant, you MUST wear a condom every single time.
