If you're talking about how it looks after swimming or if you've been to the beach, you could get a product called Surf Hair by Garnier Frucis. I use it everyday. Its lighter than mousse or gel and it doesn't have alcohol so it won't dry your hair out like other products. I love it. I look like I went swimming with a slight windblown touch. Its easy to use too. Just spray it on right out of the shower. Badda-bing, badda-boom, you're done. Excellent!

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, you can get it at any drugstore or Wal-Mart. Its no more than about $3 per bottle. The bottle looks small but 1 bottle lasts me about 2 weeks and my hair length is half way down my back.

One more thing... it won't leave your hair sticky or crunchy.

There is actually some gel out in the market called the wet look. That will give you what you need.

I use a serum from Redken...it's called silky smooth. It keeps the hair wet for hours without the clumpiness that gel leaves. It lows in the wind too...feels natural.

American Crew makes a wax (as opposed to gel) that works very well. Stays looking wet.

when it's between damp and dry use a little mousse, then a little gel, and then use the blow dryer on the slowest hot setting while scrunching your hair for about 30 seconds, then spray some hairspray to keep it in place. I do it every morning and it's been working great for years

bath + gel + hairspray or if all else fails then the beuty salon. Toni and Guy do five pound hair cuts/styling at their academies. You may have to wait a while but it usually comes out really nicely.

Paul Mitchell makes a gloss - just ask for that in hair salons - they usually sell it. I would not suggest using oils, sticky sprays and crap in your hair - it can be hard to wash out and if your skin is sensitive (shoulders, face, forehead) it can give you pimples. Just ask for some sort of hair gloss by PAUL MITCHELL at the salon - they should know what you want, unless they're total idiots.

Just put lots of mousse in it, then just try it a little with the hairdryer. Whatever you do never completley dry your hair, always half dry it and when your drying it turn your head upside down and sort of scrunch it up, or if your hair dryer has a diffuser on it use it, but the same rule never completely dry it!

Use bed head after party it makes your hair look shiny and if you use enough it'll look wet. Or you can use gel but your hair could go hard & crunchy with gel.
