its not harmony its hominy grits , grits are a product of corn that is put through a process that crushes it to a corn meal consistency ,its very good try it butter, salt, pepper,and I'm getting tired of people thinking its just consumed by southern people

Its actually spelled Hominy Grits. It is ground hominy (corn with the hull and germ removed). In the Southern United States, it is commonly boiled and served for breakfast or as a dinner side dish. Add cheese and its delicious.

A food that people eat in the south. I can't really explain it to you. It is just small grains. They are white. We add butter and salt, if desired. I love them.
