If you shoot in low-lighting situations, yer bound to come across this problem called Digital Noise (often called Blue Channel noise)

1. Open a photo that conatins the digital noise you want to remove.
2. Go under the Filter Menu - Noise - Reduce Noise // Click on the Plus (+) sign about four or five times to zoom in.
3. Try cranking the strength up to 7 or 8. // Set the Preserve Detail slider between 40% and 50%. // Set the Reduce Color noise to about 65% (drag to the right for more reduction but without making the photo noticably blurry) // Set the Sharpen details somewhere between 15% and 20%.
4. Click OK (follow this up with the Smart Sharpen filter for better results

***NOTE***
Some digital cameras produce what's called 'Blue channel noise,' because that's the channel where most of the noise winds up. To reduce that, click on the Advanced option which lets you reduce noise in individual channels. Click on the Per Channel tab and then from the Channel pop-up menu, choose Blue. Then, use the Strength slider to reduce noise in just the blue channel

Eventually, that trait won't dominate however generations later, two men and women would have children who've matching recessive tendencies that would carry it again out. The simplest technique to see that is to appear at eye colour on the grounds that the dominant/recessives are a lot less complicated to foretell

Talking in derogatory fashion like that is just wrong. They are people and they have feelings. You should not be referring to them as colored and specks. You should be ashamed.
