It means "Happy Birthday", but I would think it could well be Yiddish.

Hmm, I found "freylekhn geburtstog"....

Glueckliche Geburtstag = correct spelling in German

Lizzy's spelling is off.
It is 'glÃ¼cklicher Geburtstag' or in a full sentence: Ich wÃ¼nsche einen glÃ¼cklichen Geburtstag.
And yes, it is of course 'happy birthday'
