It's not racist. The laws of the United States were written for a reason and they are meant to be followed. Immigration isn't a problem to anyone in the United States but, illegal immigration is a huge problem. The majority of American's are not bothered in the slightest by people who want to come to America and have a better life as long as they do it legally just like the majority of our European ancestors.

Those who want to enter the U.S. need to do so officially and legally. Opposing Illegal immigration is just a way to mandate people who might harm our nation rather then benefit us or from us from constantly and hastily entering the borders.

As a non-white, I say no, it is not racist. Our resources are not limitless, we can't even take care of our own people very well. I usually find that people who use this tactic-on either side of the debate- have no idea what they are talking about.
