Check out Louis Prima. Not all of his songs are in Italian--like his duets, but a lot are. They are catchy and easy to memorize! Plus they are entertaining.

there is this song by andrea bocelli and some chic:O Mare E Tu (duet with Dulce Pontes) great song. probably not the easiest song to memorize but beautiful.
