She's a Siberian Husky. We got her at a pet store so she is used to being in a cage....

try putting food, cozy blanket toys she likes inside with the door open, when she goes in do not close it let her come in and out, untill she gets use to knowing you will not always lock her in all the time, but there will be times she has to stay in, that worked w/mine.......good luck with your little baby!

The cage should be their refuge away from everything else. They don't need to spend their lives in a cage! Try putting an old t-shirt of yours in there and tell her what a good girl she is when she goes in

She is probaly scared of her new enviroment if she was in a cage with other puppies now she is all alone and she doesnt understand why just comfort her and give her lots of love and inventualy she will get used to it

How would you like being in a new place and being scared and then getting locked in a cage it is just a bit more scary she is in a new home give her time to adjust

huskies are a different breed you have to treat the animal like family let it romp and run they have greater seperation anxiety attacks than any other breed of dog if you keep the animal caged it will not trust you

Since she was in a pet shop, in a cage, she probably thinks that if she goes back in there, she'll be stuck in there, and she'll never see you again. It probably scares her because she was in one for a long time.

Because they are not intimidated by you + there parents are in cages. They don't have any reason to be in a cage at your house.

my pit bull done that, but thats cuz he was spoiled.now hes outside.but he hes to get used to it.he was used to the other cages at the pet store but not used to the one hes in now.give him time, he will get used to it.
