Park far away from your office so you have to walk. Take the stairs. Walk over to someone when you need to talk to them instead of calling or emailing them. Drink lots of water during the day. Avoid the junk food in the vending machines and cafe. Either choose healthy options if they are available or pack your own healthy, low calorie food. Go for a walk at lunch or if your company has a gym, use that during lunch or before or after work.

I'm not sure how you can do this, except for maybe your lunch hour going for a walk? How long is your lunch hour? To lose weight, you'll need to exercise somehow, either before work, lunch time, or after work. Many dvd's are available online now, for any kind of a workout that you want. Kickboxing, tye bo, aerobics, you might want to have one to do at home?
Cut back half, and gradually to none of these things, except for once a week: cheeses, sugar treats, sodas, fast food, fried foods, chips. Just by cutting these things in half you'll lose weight, and ad into your diet all kinds of fruits, veggies, make some nice chicken dishes, all this will do for starters!

Walk, walk, walk! Also, check out the link below. If you work mainly at a desk, that would be good to have. It'd be hidden under your desk and it doesn't make a sound. When you need to go to the bathroom, take the long way there. Anything helps!!!

Work 15 hours a day without sitting, eat nothing, drink half a pot of coffee, and do this every day for a month. It works. But I don't recommend it.
(And I don't work for that company anymore and wouldn't do that to myself again).
