she can never walk normally but sometimes she cant really walk at all. when this happens she salivates heavily and the only thing that makes her better is giving her cheese. the vet says there is nothing wrong because she acts fine around him. what could be wrong?

There is something wrong, no matter if you are the only one who knows. You should be the best at knowing your cat's disposition because she is your cat.
So, tell the vet that you want to leave her their for observation for a couple of days and to look for the signs that you have been seeing.
If this does not work, take her to another vet. Something is wrong. Good luck!

Go see a second opion, because when we got our male cat fixed he couldn't walk at first but it was because of the medicine they use.Mabey your cat is having a reaction to the medicine or she was given to much.Deffinitly ignore that vet because something is wrong with your cat,I wish u and your cat the best of luck!

Maybe that is a routine she has developed in your presence to get cheese.
