The type of food you eat won't help you get pregnant no matter what anyone says about some miracle food. If there was a miracle food then from the beginning of time, we'd know, since female humans have been getting pregnant. So now lets deal in scientific fact : 1. Having a normal menstrual cycle is essential for pregnancy. 2. Having sufficient body fat is also essential for pregnancy (during starvation women cannot conceive). 3. Having sexual relations with a male/ or fertilization by some assisted manner. 3. Having good health is absolutely important. And finally: 4. Having a vaginal environment that allows fertilization.
There are some things to avoid before becoming pregnant which help boost fertility, avoid drug use and alcohol in large quantities. Eat a healthy diet to improve your health, and lots of leafy greens, grains, fruits, proteins in preparation. If you are a vegan, find out about B12 levels, and make sure they're adequate.
DO NOT BUY ANY WONDER FERTILITY PILLS. These are simply produced to make someone rich! Go to your OB/GYN and follow medical advice. Good luck, don't worry, and take care.

There is no foods that will increase your chances of being more fertile. You may have gotten confused with other women talking about foods and pregnancy. There are foods you are suppost to eat for the babies well being and growth, like carrots and fish for the eyes, etc. Also some women speak of drinking a syrup that will make them go into labor quicker but alot of that is wives tales. If you want to get pregnant you should buy or go to your OB and have a fertility test done, then moniter your cycles closely every month. For me my most fertile times was the day of my period and the day ending.Every woman is wired differently.Ive heard alot of horror stories about fertility drugs,so if you can, stay natural! And over all,God has alot of say in when you will get pregnant.I have a freind and she was dating this guy, they tried and tried to get pregnant, never happened. Later on she caught him cheating on her,and of course they broke up.The next guy she fell in love with got her pregnant .Now she really has to be careful because she already has 3 kids by him back to back! So its all in the lord's plans for your life!Hope this helped you figure it all out!

First of all no matter what you diet is like you can not get pregnant from foods.
However having a nice healthy diet with lots of folic acid, greens, fruits, vegetables etc...is important whether you are pregnant or not and even more important in pregnancy!

If I am understanding your question correctly, folic acid is very inporant. It will help to make sure your baby is healthy. Oranges are high in folic acid. I also recomend that you start taking pre-Natal vitamins 6 months prior to becoming pregnant. The extra calcium and iron is good for both you and the fetus. Please make sure that when decide to have a child you are of age to properly care for you and your child.

Just follow a generally healthy diet, but make sure you're getting enough folic acid (orange juice is supposed to be a good source).

I don't think diet of any kind matters. But if you are planning on getting pregnant its a good time to start having a good diet so that it will be a habit when you do become pregnant
