No... 666 is not a date in the Bible, but a mark that the antichrist and all who are not saved would carry in the end times. It would enable them to buy and sell in those times. The mark would be on the head and hands.

On the contrary, the Bible does not give any dates for any end-time events and says that even the angels in heaven do not know. Therefore, anyone claiming that it will happen on this or that date is inevitably just guessing, and probably wrong.
I am sure that on June 6, 1906, and 1806, 1706, 1666 and other such dates, people have thought an anti-Christ was born. But they were wrong. Please let us not stigmatize all the blessed children who happen to be born today!

There is nothing in the Christian Bible that says anything about the anti-christ being born on this date.

No, it does not say this in the bible. As a matter of fact, some theologians believe that the anti-christ has already been born and is on his rise to power now.

Dates and times are earthly ways for us to be on the same page with each if that makes sense. I was told that there was a period of time when history wasn't recorded and we may have very well lost track of the years... the year 2006 is just an estimate... I guess we all agree and no one questions it...
I guess what I am trying to say is that I don't think that today's date has any significance...

No and No. It is just a hype that people build up to get everyone going. Kind of like the one about the world ending at midnight in the year of 1999. The world is still here.

You are joking, right? This 666 crap is ridiculous in its entirity. 666 is a mis-translation of Caesar's name. NOT the antichrist. Nothing but a bunch of rot.
