if you've been going out, then you basically already are bf and gf. You can try and drop the term once, and refer to her as your gf and see what happens. Some girls dont like using the bf/gf terms, so dont be upset if she doesnt want you to call her your gf, but that doesnt mean she doesnt want to continue going with you.

just start refering to her as your girlfriend. Most likely she already views you as her boyfriend she just doesnt want to feel stupid by asking you.
