My kitten is only about 3/4months old and I was clipping the thick fur around her face to get at the fleas but she was struggling with me and I accidently cut off one whole side of whiskers.
I've had another cat that my friend cut off a few whiskers, not many at all, but they haven't grown and it's been about a year later.
The kitten, Won Ton, looks so funny - one side is full of beautiful white whiskers and the other side is like a porkipine.

Yes.
I belong to a group of folks dealing with feline cancers and many members' cats lost their whiskers during chemotherapy, and they grew back afterwards.

Nope. I cut my cats whiskers once when I was little, poor thing, I was just trying to help!

Oh yeah. My cat sheds his all the time. It's so nasty to be walking around the house barefoot and then you say "What's that?" and there's a big ol' whisker stuck to your foot.

No, i dont believe so. my old cats didnt grow back. Whiskers dont but fur does

yes they do because my cats whiskers came off and then they grew back

Yes, when my son was little, he cut our cat's off and they grew back.

yes we have a maine coon cat with wiskers as long as my arm...what a buffalo! his changes every month!...lol
