i am allergic to everything. seriously. it's probably not as bad as alot of folks out there because i can still function in the world. i don't restrict my family because of it. we have cats, dogs, and horses that i am allergic to as well as their feeds and hay. we did remove all curtains and carpets to help. we don't have live plants inside the house. when i come into contact with something i am allergic to , i will either break out in hives or have an asthma attack. usually , if i take a benadryl it gets the hives under control and i keep an albuterol inhaler handy just in case. so far, i have been able to control the reactions. the older i get the worse my allergies seem to be. so far i do not seem to react to foods and only celebrex medication which isn't on the market now anyways.

I am allergic to gold.

I found ut about 20 odd years ago when I first had my ears peirced. After a day my ear had swollen to twice the size at the lobe, and it had completely covered the new stud.
I had to go to hospital to have it removed.

I can wear silver with no problem at all but any other metal just brings me out in a terrible rash after a couple of hours.

Allergy to the cold; cool/cold air on any exposed part of body causes hives which are very itchy
Cold drinks or snacks like ice-cream, popsicles etc. cause itching and swelling of the mouth and tongue.
Body can go into shock if swimming in cold water or taking cold showers.
Seasonal allergies; start of spring when plants are blooming.Or at tail-end of summer, rag weed. Sneezing, watery eyes and nose.
Fresh cut grass, I can't stay around area. Sneezing and itchy nose.
Food allergy, to fresh pineapple. Cuts and blisters in mouth and swelling. The canned fruit or juice don't seem to affect me much.
All of this started in adulthood.

Pollen and mold spores. (This allergy is kicking my butt right now.) Some dogs, all cats, and nickel. Yeah, that's right, the metal nickel. It was in the frames of my glasses and I was getting running sores on my face. Changed to titanium frames and no more problems. I wish somebody would tell me how a person can develop an allergy to a metal!

I take Singulair, albuterol, benadryl, claritin, and other OTC remedies.

ha, i'm allergic to what seems like everything to. i'm severely allergic to peanuts.. and i've recently found out i'm allergic to fragrance, so i've had to do a lot of lifestyle shuffling. i'm allergic to lots of antibiotics and medicines (penicillin, sulfa drugs, ceclor, erithromycin) and the typical stuff, like dust, smoke, and the like. i have asthma and take advair, which is basically a miracle drug for me. i also take clarinex and nasonex for my allergies.
