I don't think they are in moderation, but if your diet includes alot of other fats and salts you would most likely be exceeding your 'proposed' daily intake and that's what is harmful

Well, if you eat too much then you could get sick! But it really depends. Ask yourself 'how much of these chips am I going to eat?'. This should help! -Peyton

Eat kettle cooked chips that have o trans fats they are alot crunchier.
