Get used to it.
You can't stop people from parking on the street. If they were blocking your driveway or mailbox, that might be a different story.
If you really want, you can leave a note on their windshield, asking them to park in front of the house their visiting, but there's no guarantee.

It is true that you don't own or control parking on the public street in front of your house, even in a cul-de-sac. But you can do something if the car is parked there for longer than your city's parking time limit.
First, call up your city's parking enforcement office (maybe part of the police department?) and ask them how long a car can be parked on the street before they will ticket it or tow it.
Then you can make a small chalk mark on one of the tires. Check the position of the mark each day, and you will be able to tell if the car has been moved. If it goes over the time limit without moving, then you can call the parking office back and tell them you think it may have been abandoned.
If it is being driven and then reparked there each time, you don't have any legal recourse but you can wait until it is gone and park your own car there. Then they have to find another space.

Camp out, and wait for the car's owner to return to their car. Leave your house and come up behind them; when they're about to get in their car, hit them upside the head with a heavy-duty crowbar. Take their keys and open up the trunk of their car. Have a friend help you put their body in the trunk. Then, in the middle of the night, drive the car into a secluded river and then walk back to your house. That'll teach 'em to have the balls to park in front of your house! How dare they! Who the hell do they think they are, parking on public property like that?! What balls!

You should get over it. The street is not your private property. Do not resort to some sort of senseless retribution that could end up costing you.
If you feel that you must do something, keep an eye out for the driver. Approach this person, and politely ask him to park elsewhere.

I actually have a similar situation with the Nazi around the line. she will go away notes approximately each little thing. on the vehicle do no longer park right here. on the door mow your grass....trim your timber, etc. as quickly as had a dream approximately her mowing my backyard. The previous gas bag. besides long as you're some ft from her mailbox and driveway she does not very own the line and could no longer enable you understand what to do. Me i like to sleep at night. So I park faraway from her so called area.

don't damage it. if anyone were to see you they could call the police. what i would do in a situation like this is leave a friendly note on the cars windshield. explain that you don't appreciate them parking in front of your house and blocking the view. chances are that they will stop parking there and maybe even apologize. if that doesn't work contact your local authorities to see what can be done.

If it's blocking the access to your house call the police and have them to find the owner so they can be asked not to leave the car parked in front of your house.

There really is nothing that you can do. The street is public property. I'd suggest that you leave a nice note on the car and kindly ask them to park elsewhere. However, legally they have no obligation to move it so don't try to be nasty when asking them to.

Put a sign in your yard that says "This area has been quarantined for infectious disease"
Lay some old road kill out front.
Call someone to tow it!
Leave a nasty note under the windsheild wiper.
Put two orange cones out front and hire a man in a hard hat and orange vest to direct traffic.

Kick the hell out of it. Nah, I would have a talk with the people who own the home that the people who are parking there are visiting. Be polite and let them know you're not ok with it.
