Is there a website anyone knows of, where I can look up a person's date of birth by entering SS #, name and/or address?

Here, but it costs. Most bail bondsmen use this site or one like it. If you have any friends in the business they can get it (and alot more) for you.

The social sercurity office will not give you anything. I tried that with information about my father. I had everything except his SS. number.
Try this one. I think my sister used it and found some things here, that she needed.

Even if the person is not dead, it might hellp you out. Or see if it is at your hall of records. Like City Hall. County court records.
If the person that you are looking for is a realitve, you could go to Public records and ask for a copy of the birth certificate. Here where I live it cost you ten dollars. So I don't knnow how much it would cost you where you live. Hope this helps you a little. Just giving you ideas. Good luck

Call or go to your local SS office. They should have the DOB. If not for you the person who needs the info may have to go.
