It's interesting that you bring that up at a time Islam is attacked by Christians to be a violent religion, where as the verses they cite were revealed at a time of war. Unlike Christianity though the Quran NEVER condones the killing of women and children in any time or circumstance. As a Muslim and a believer of the gospel I don't believe that part was by God and was possibly put forth by the scribes.

The catholic churches offer a class on destroying evil within the non believers, look into a near by church for times and dates.

The orthodox jews also are one's for this type of destruction of non believers as your question pertained to, but, I don't know how to enroll into programs to help you.

The Church of Christ Latter Day Saints will help to teach you how to smite.

Actually, it reads; "Now go and attack AMALEK", not non-believers. I've no idea where you got that from.
Amalek was a bad guy and God told King Saul to go smite him, He's not telling you o go smite non-believers. Now go read the entire book before you post any more lame questions like this.

The Bible does not tell us to do that. God used the prophet Samuel to give this to the Jews first King Saul who was at war with the Amelekites. Just like any other book, you have to read it in the context.

we would desire to continually be grateful to God for protecting His word. He stored it risk-free interior the path of the Catholics. even however, we would desire to continually love every person, so i do no longer likely see the factor of the question. Who cares what denomination or branch you're. in case you learn the Bible and do what it says, you're a new child of God. Your questions are pointless, and look based from the two a bias, hate, or you basically like arguments. If a kingdom fights with one yet another, then it particularly is split. Why combat between any fellow brethren of God? John- confident, many protestants are insulting to the Catholic church, that's the incorrect concern to do for useful. Does the Catholic church want to be thanked? i might discover that slightly conceited. The Catholic church did its duty to God by ability of protecting the Bible. So all thank you is going to God for appointing His servant, the Catholic church, to guard the Bible. Do you assume a cop to thank you for combating at a pink mild? No, it is your duty. As for the bumped off books, might you're saying that the Catholic church is incorrect for including books to the unique cannon of the Jews? of course no longer. It then turns right into a concept wherein books are no longer inspired. Protestants are unfastened to examine the different books and verify for themselves. in the event that they are no longer inspired, then the protestants will come to the determination themselves with learn and prayer. i'd desire to turn the question on you to invite the way you be responsive to they are inspired. As for the Baptists no longer residing like Christians, who cares. situation approximately your concept and attempt to show the those that have not got self belief a similar way, the stunning thank you to have self belief. i will say a similar precise concern approximately many Catholics i be responsive to. even however, huge is the path that finally leads to destruction, narrow is the path that finally leads to existence. what's incorrect with preachy? you employ it like it particularly is a bad word. i'm uncertain what you advise in the back of it.

That was old testament and we are living in the new testament times.God instructed some to smite heathen cities, but if God didn't t ell them to do it, it would have been sin. God is not telling anybody to smite people now.

In a weird way, you make a fantastic point!

I don't know why so many people think the words of the Bible are written for them. They were written thousands of years ago for a SPECIFIC audience, which is now long dead.

People just cut and paste words from the bible to suit their agenda, when in reality we don't know exactly what the context of the words was.
