There are 3 baskets of fruit ready to be loaded on the truck. One basket has apples and is labeled "APPLES", one basket has oranges and is labeled "ORANGES, one basket has apples and oranges and is labeled "APPLES & ORANGES. When they arrive, the 3 baskets each have a wrong label. Without looking in any basket, you are allowed to take ONE fruit from ONE basket to label the 3 baskets correctly. How do you know which label goes to which basket?

Easy.When you get this piece of fruit look at the label of the basket it came out of.I won't explain the rest because I don't want to spoil your fun.But that one label tells you everything you need to know.

Since all baskets have a wrong label, pull a fruit out of the basket marked Apples & Oranges. If it's an apple, then that basket is all apples, the Oranges basket is apples and oranges; and the Apple basket is all oranges.
If it's an orange, then the Apples & Oranges basket is all oranges and the Apples basket is apples and oranges; and the Oranges basket is all apples.

As they have wrong labels,so the basket labelled "APPLES AND ORANGES" contains either only apples or only oranges.U pick one of this basket,if its an apple the other contains oranges and third contains both,otherwise its the other way around.

If you put the baskets on the truck, then you'll already know which basket has which fruit. Therefore, you don't need to take out any fruit from any basket.

i know... i know!!!!! you take a fruit from one basket and then label it right..... (let's say that one is orange) then you take a fruit from the other basket and you label that but wait one basket had both fruits..... i dunno

the lables are alright its just that they all got mixed around in the truck. so pick the one with the lable of apples and oranges
