Whey protein is the supplement of choice for people who work out. Any exercise you do is beneficial as long as you are maintaining a diet that maintains the desired body weight. Overtraining is bad news, so working out 3 times a week is usually plenty. Make sure you work more than just a few body parts though, you need to rotate around and get everything.
Whey protein is a naturally complete protein, meaning that it contains all of the essential amino acids required in the daily diet. It has the ideal combination of amino acids to help improve body composition and enhance athletic performance.
Whey protein is a rich source of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), containing the highest known levels of any natural food source. BCAAs are important for athletes since unlike the other essential amino acids, they are metabolized directly into muscle tissue and are the first ones used during periods of exercise and resistance training. Whey protein provides the body with BCAAs to replenish depleted levels and start repairing and rebuilding lean muscle tissue.
Whey protein is an excellent source of the essential amino acid, leucine. Leucine is important for athletes as it plays a key role in promoting muscle protein synthesis and muscle growth. Research has shown that individuals who exercise benefit from diets high in leucine and have more lean muscle tissue and less body fat compared to individuals whose diet contains lower levels of leucine. Whey protein isolate has approximately 50% more leucine than soy protein isolate.
Whey protein is a soluble, easy to digest protein and is efficiently absorbed into the body. It is often referred to as a "fast" protein for its ability to quickly provide nourishment to muscles.
Whey protein helps athletes maintain a healthy immune system by increasing the levels of glutathione in the body. Glutathione is an anti-oxidant required for a healthy immune system and exercise and resistance training may reduce glutathione levels. Whey protein helps keep athletes healthy and strong to perform their best.

Whey protein has lots of amino acids. They cause your pituitary gland to produce more growth hormone, and you start to feel young and energized. It's GREAT stuff for athletes. It you take it your whole life, you will look 45 years old when you are 65 years old. Sorry, but I don't know the difference between isolate and regular. I buy mine from GNC and have a nice chocolate milkshake everyday. Actually, I haven't done that for a few months, but I like to do it and will again before too long.

Yes, it is good for you. You can get whey protein through the powder, drinks, and bars. I prefer to use protein bars. Although, some people prefer putting whey powder in smoothies or shakes..which is also fine. It is derived from dairy and is more effective at building muscle than soy protein.
Don't worry about what that other poster said about getting buff. You would have to use heavy weights and work out quite a bit to gain a ton of muscle. Besides, lean muscle is good for you...you burn more fat when you are not exercising and gain strength.

whey protein is probably the best source of protein, looking at it from a cost/benefit perspective. Thhe more protein you take in, the easier it is for your body to build/maintain muscle. As long as you get enough protein, you won;t be wasting your hard earned muscle mass away while exercising. I personally have been an amateur bodybuilder for ten years, and i try to take in at least 175-225 grams of protein a day. I weigh 175 lbs with 8% bodyfat.

I'm not sure what your product is, but protein is very good for you. You need protein to build your muscle strength up. I would though recommend that you talk to a nutritionist or your doctor before you start taking Whey Protein.

I am not sure about your spceific product, but if it is protein then it is very good. The reason is: cells feed on protein in order to get bigger. Once the cells get bigger the tissue gets bigger and after that the muscle gets bigger. Bigger does mean stronger hence this is a reason why protein is good for you when you are exercising. The more youve got, the better, but you must also consider moderation.

whey protein is good stuff, I like one called Xrated. Protein is essential for your body to work well, not just build muscle, and whey is easy for your body to digest and use. give it a try, it should help you have more energy. if it doesn't, and you're still feeling tired all the time, see a doctor or a nutritionist.
