They were 3 women.One is a grandmother,2nd is mother,and 3rd is daughter.Grandmother is mother of the mother,and mother is the mother of daughter.Similarly,mother is daughter of grandmother and daughter is daughter of mother.So they may seem 4 but actually they are 3.
