The TV is brand new and as far as I know its been out for several mouths, but I cant seem to find any retailers that Carry it. I have searched with Google, Froogle, and Pricegrabber with no luck. I've also been watching for Amazon to cary it, or for it too show up on ebay.

Was the box already opened? If it was, I would demand the District Manager's information from the Best Buy you bought the TV from. If s/he doesn't have an answer for you, demand the Regional Director's number and contact him/her. If the box wasn't opened, then it would be Samsung's fault. If they don't want to answer you, demand to speak to their manager until you get an answer. There is no reason you should have an overpriced TV that you don't even want. If nothing else, return the TV and demand a full refund and buy your TV elsewhere. Most department stores will match pricing.

The SAMSUNG model you are looking for (LN-s2338w) is available already in taiwan.and was released last year (2005) they even have a bigger models: 32in 42in. I even have one here in the philippines.
