well we've had sex since the first date and i've gone down on him. But we seem to have a serious connection and we communicate a lot and stuff

perhaps the guy is just shy about it, oral is a pretty intimate act
maybe he thinks he might make you uncomfortable
why not just ask him to do it for you
or maybe do that for him and ask him to return the favor
there is nothing wrong with simply asking for what you want or like...most guys appreciate this

Well, maybe the guy isn't comfortable performing oral sex when you've only been dating 2 weeks. Some people are not as promiscuous as others. Maybe he's got some value and won't sleep with just anything.

Oh my god first of all you had sex with him on your first date, better question is does he respect you for giving it up so easily on your first date? I seriously hope you knew him longer before you started sleeping together, my best suggestion is to tell him what you want he cant read your mind if you dont tell him what you want in bed. also if you tell him and his still not willing then his a selfish lover and just refuse to go down on him from then on.

2 weeks isnt a very long time. Give him some time to get used to you and your body, if he still hasnt in like 6 months give him some subtle hints that you really enjoy that and would like for him to do it
