I am 12 and i weigh 130 and i want it to be gone because i am made fun of alittle and I want to be skinny. I need to know how I can get off about 20 to 30 pounds in one month so please give me ways to do this like what to eat what types of exercises anything just help me. I really want to look good.

take a enery bar rip it into three pieces and have a piece for breskfast, lunch and dinner. do that for a month and exercise and you'll be much lighter

A healthy way to lose weight at you age ( depending on your height you may not be overweight) ( my son is 12 and weighs 130 too and he is not fat)
Anywasy everytime you want to eat and its not a regular meal time wait 15 min have a glass of water and then ask yourself if you really still want it...make healthy choices about food portions and what types of food your eating If you have to eat junk food limit yourself to 1 day a week. Exercise is very important too, join a gym or sport of even just go for a good long walk everyday. Losing that much weight so fast is NOT healthy and you will end up gaining it back and more see you doctor and ask them for advice too as they know you better....good luck

That miracle is impossible! If you go on hunger strike, you'll fall ill and you stand the risk of doubling your weight in the process of getting well. Your best bet is to drastically cut down eating in general but fatty foods in particular. Then get serious with vigorous sports on a daily basis.

try a four day diet you have to start out with grapefruitjuice and black coffee for breakfast lunch 1 boiled egg and a tablespoon of green beans supper i small piece of grilled chicken or broiled no skin 1 tablespoon of green beans lots of water and at least 5 fruits and vegetables as snacks in between.then go back to a normal diet after 4 days.eat healthy go swimming or walking.join weight watchers if you can there very good and it works.

well you should take up a sport like basketball that`s gonna make you taller and help you lose weight...and you could also jog...a lot
and you should totally ignore those rude kids
