A crowd was gathered around a man about to be hanged for his crime.
In the crowd, a man was crying.
Someone asked him "Why are you crying?"
The man answered "Brothers and sisters I have none, but that mans father is my fathers son."

The guy in the crowd is the man who is hanging's father.
The guy in the crowd is his father's only son (since he has no brothers or sisters). Therefore, he is also the hanging man's father.

wait.. the guy hanging info is that he has a father so than it goes to the other guy who has no brothers or sisters, who says that.....OK wait... lets plan this out from the beginning. First, lets say that a man and a woman married and had one child(the man who is crying) then lets say the woman died and the man had another child with someone else and had a child who a child who had a child who is the guy who is being hanged!
so you can see this from to ways, one, the guy who is hanging is his nephew and his father is his step-brother. He said that he has no brothers or sisters but a step brothers is a brother but not a whole brother.
and also the hanging mans dad could have been born first so that's how he could have had a child.
so that's my little theory
