Here is mine
Cheap Chow Mein

Rather than boiling and eating the Ramen, I'll boil as directed, and then toss them into a frying pan. So cook the ramen without the salt packet. Then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, turn the heat to med/high. Add some diced onions and garlic. Add some meat like 1/4 c of diced chicken. Sautee for 3 minutes and then Add the noodles to the skillet and mix. Turn heat to med/low. Add 1/2 of the seasoning packet.
Mix well, serve hot.

Well, in my college days I would made the ramen and add some mixed vegetables. If I had a bit of extra money, I would get the shrimp flavored ramen and buy about 2 to 4 jumbo shrimp and add those. That was a gourmet delight! I get a craving for it about every year and a half now.

I also made a Oriental salad where you crunch up the noodles and saute them in butter. You add it to a brocolli and a bunch of other stuff and it's really good. I take that to potlucks or picnics every now and then.

When I have the need for a quick & filling meal, I pull out a packet of Chcken Ramen... cook it, til almost all the water is boiled down. Then, I throw in a dollop of peanut butter (you can even use crunchy... if you want the added texture) and stir it til the noodles are covered. I also add a dash of cayenne pepper.

Yummo!

Scramble 2-3 eggs

Buy a ham steak and cut it into strips after cooking or you can use the packaged Budding Meat and cut that into strips

dice up some green onions to your liking

Make your Ramon Noodles with the broth as directed and put into a bowl and top with the eggs, ham, and green onions and than add some soy sauce to taste.
The eggs will absorb the broth from the Top Ramon.

Quick, easy, cheap, and tasty!

The is a recipe called Oriental cole-slaw that has ramen noodles, shredded cabbage and carrots and sunflower seeds. You use the seasoning packet as part of a sweet vinegar-oil dressing. Love it. For exact recipe, do Internet search, it is all over.
