If you have hunger pains then you are hungry. The only way you would not be hungry is if you had trained your body to ignore hungar pains. Not a good idea. Eat a small meal of fresh fruit if you don't want to eat lunch.

I asked that last week and someone responded that it might be a leptin defieciency (sp.) Leptin is a hormone that tells your body when it's full. One of the things the guy told me to do was to get some sleep. And lo and behold, my hunger pangs went away. So if you're not getting enough sleep, I'd try that. Other than that, it might be caused by lack of water. Sometimes hunger pangs are mistaken.

Not sure Try a glass of water to soothe your stomach. If you still feel hungry, maybe exercise, or do something else to keep your mind off it.

Sleep is a great cure-all for MOST things.
