First of all pace yourself..GO with your exercises until you feel tired then take a break. Drink some water, have a energy bar , after 10 or 12 Min's continue with your exercises ,just don't overdo.

Just exercise at a pace you can handle for whatever time period you'll be exercising for. Or, exercise consistantly, and as your body gets in better shape, you'll be able to last longer without getting tired.

Try Yoga or Tai Chi, I'm serious. Rent a video, take a class, get a book, but you'll never regret it. Yoga!

do a hell of a lot of excersise that does tire you every day for ages and eventually it will be easier and not tire you out so much.
