i weight 105lbs and i want to lose weight to a 98lb...wat should i do to keep myself away from the food iono is not healthy..or oily greasy...

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Um I think that weighing 98lbs would be gross. I think too skinny is just as bad as overweight. Of course if you are like 4 foot then it might be ok but if you are above 5 foot then that is not a healthy weight.

Go to your doctor to find out how much you should weigh.

How old are you and how tall are you? Under 100 lbs is very small for most people unless you are very short. I'd suggest seeing your doctor for a healthy weight range.

Unless you're like, in elementary school or something, you shouldn't WANT to weigh 98 pounds. I weigh 108lbs and I'm trying to gain weight.

Keep away from white sugar, white flour and salt. Eat more fibre. Exercise.

eat a lot of salads and exercies at lest 1 and a half a day.

eat what u want but exercise evry day for 40 min

keep busy so you are not around food. Go out running.

105 is a good weight. don't try to lose any more.
