it depends on what kind of opponent hes having.if its a girl he must have all the sex he can get before the fight so he doesnt think of making love to her during the fight and he can kick her ***.

no really , abstaining from sex is said to help conserve energy but that is a lot of bs in my opinion , its an example of allegories gone wild (people think its an effort from saying things like i fked her brains out etc, then they believe it!)
i think sex is a natural analgesic and sedative and should be in moderation a part of the preparation for a fight.

(to get maximum fighting capacity and hostility you might consider preventing a fighter from having sex for a month and then keep naked chicks behind his adversary during the game,
then he will subconciously summon all his strength to take that poor guy out of the way to get that puss.

it also depends whether you are gay or normal, preventing a fighter from having sex whos gay might lead to a funny boxing match.

This used to be true.... they weren't soppused to have sex for a certain amount of months before a fight. But this changed like a month ago. I've been told that the less sex you have before a big game or race or match the better you'll be and you'll have more resistance.

I would say it is ok except for the night before a big fight. Rocky Marciano would abstain for several months before a fight at secluded locations and then would beat the hell out of his opponent.

Yes it's true. They abstain particularly in the last several weeks because it takes the bounce outta the legs.

They claim it saps your strength...but I'm a firm beleiver in what old Yankee Manager Casey Stengel said about it. " Sex the night before a ball game does'nt hurt a ballplayer....stayin' out all night LOOKIN ' for sex...is what hurts a ballplayer."
