It would be great if it contains cheez,tomatos and beef. Any kind of spicy food will do. thanks in advance :)

Make some mexican shimp cocktails!!

Ingredients:
2 lb shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined. Chilled.
4 tomatoes, diced
2 bu cilantro, finely chopped
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, diced
1 large avocado, diced.
1 bottle ketchup
2 jars cocktail sauce- hot
hotsauce, like tabasco or tapatio
6 lemons
2 jalapeno peppers, diced.
saltine crackers

In a large pot, add 6 cups cold water.
Add the entire bottle of ketchup, cocktail sauces, cilantro, garlic, onion, peppers, tomatoes. Stir content until completely mixed.

Squeeze lemons into the mix. Add hot sauce to the mix according to taste. If you like it hot, add 6-10 tsp.

In a bowl or large mug, add the chilled shrimp and serving of avocado. Add the tomato mixture into the mug. Serve chilled and with crackers.

To make the cocktail hotter, add more hot sauce. To make tangier, add more lemon juice.

Serves 2-3

you could make a stuffed tomato.

Gut the tomato (after cutting in half) and fill with a mixture of:
cooked beef (spiced with cheyene)
cream cheese (the chive flavor is the best)

and wrap the tomato with a slice of bacon and cook either on the grill or in the oven until the bacon is cooked.

This is a simple dip recipe someone gave me ages ago.
Mayoanise, curry powder, garlic powder and onion powder just for a little flavor. Chill and then dip in your favorite vegetables. Beware, some people cannot tolerate a lot of curry powder. We put in about 2-3 tablespoons per cup mayonaise.

make a bolognese sauce add red pepper or other chili of your choice, serve over pasta, add cheese.

make a creamed spinach, add chili of your choice serve with steak grilled with cracked pepper


make a steak, add zip sauce with chili of your choice. Make au gratin potatos, add jalapeno pepper to recipe. Sliced salted tomatos drizzled with olive oil and jalapeno.

get ancho peppers, boil for a little, stuff with rice, tomato, and ground beef mixture (and chili of your choice), melt cheese over.


make chili, add cheese.
