I am a 25-year-old college student who is in need of a little toning in the abdominal and thigh areas. Unfortunately, I cannot afford a gym membership at this time, so I was wondering if anyone could suggest a workout plan that I can follow at home.

FYI: I live near a large park, so some of my daily exercises could take place outside of my home.
