hy iam al ways thinking negtively , if want o do some works then first comes in my mind negetive things, why, if i go for any work first in my mind negitive things only . i keep on thinking about negetive things only its comes in chilwood to till noe iam 25 year now, so what to do for postive thinks

Are you saying that you dont want to work or....

Ok as far as negative thinking; A wise woman once told me "Never let a negative thought stay in your mind for more than 3 minutes." So the next time you find yourself thinking negatively, you need to become aware (aka selfaware) and put a STOP to it.

You are the only one that can controll you and your thoughts. So if you HONESTLY want to put a stop to it, you need to use will power and just Stop what it is that you are doing.

As for work...You're NEVER going to become successful if you have a negative attitude. People don't like hanging around negative people. No one is going to want to be around you if you bring them down.

So if you want to be successful, win friends, and influence people, you must become the person that you youself would like to be around. Only you have the power to change.

Next time you find yourself thinking negatively, look at you watch, give yourself 3 minutes, and get over it!

1 happy thought at a time, sunshine. Every time you start to think a negative thought, think back to a special time in your life. A birthday, or perhaps a family pet. Any happy thought will work. Concentrate on that thought as long as you can. Every time you do this, try to concentrate longer each time. If this does not work for you, then I agree that you should seek some counseling for depression. Do not let this go to long. Best wishes and Blessed be!

I understand what you are going through. I struggle with negative thinking all of the time. I try really hard to remember the good things about my life and the good things about myself as well. Also, try and plan something once a week that you can look forward to. People tend to feel better when they have something to look forward to. Dealing with the same things day in and day out can become depressing for some. Maybe you can speak with a professional about your feelings and see what he/she recommend. Remember...it's always easier to frown that to smile, so in this situation it's easier to think negatively than positively. There are several good books out there about how to think positive. Maybe that may be something to check out. I hope it works out for you, good luck!!

It is a easy habit to think negatively. All you have to do is try. Each time you notice you are thinking negative, force yourself to think of something that makes you happy(childhood, christmas, something you are proud of, or a favorite thing you like). In time(give it a month), you will be more positive. It will take people around you a while to get use to you, but it is soooooo worth it.

I forgot my name - So much much hate on blood on the dance floor just for there look and there message about Sexual Things. I think there ok. They have a good message that there sending out to everyone. I am now going to get a bunch of dislikes. The First thing that comes to my mind is my name. Jesse

Habit. Many people are pessimists and just naturally think of negative things. You can change this. You have to practice thinking positive just like you'd practice anything else. Make a new habit.

It might have a connection with a negative childhood experience. All of us feel hopeless or think negatively at some point or other. But, if you think negatively all the time, try to find out the root of your negative thought. Then solve the problem that's causing you to think negatively. You will surprised!

Maybe you grew up in a negative environment. Maybe lots of abusive things said to you. Maybe you felt you weren't loved. Start changing to finding out what God thinks of you. He doesn't treat us the same way the world does. Be determined to succeed.

These are so positive and they will change your thinking process. His main way of thinking is that we control our environment by our thoughts, so if you are always thinking negatively, then negative things will happen.

Your probably depressed about things and people in your life have disappointed you. You must think positive and then you will have a better attitude. Look at what you have instead of what you don't have. "I cried once because I had no shoes till I met a man who had no feet"
