Lobsters overcook very quickly, so you have to be careful. The best way is to remove the meat from the shells and reheat it gently in melted butter.

If it is stuffed or seasoned with something you don't want to lose in the reheating process, you can simply microwave on medium in 30 second increments until just warmed, but this is likely going to yield you a more uneven heating and likely overcook some of the meat.

A final option is to saute it quickly and add it to a salad or some other dish.
