I'm getting ready for mine right now! I always feel good after wards! if I miss a work out it screws up my whole week, nothing feels right... lol... guess I'm addicted to it in some way... enjoy your day!

I have a 1 hour Deep Water Aerobics class followed by 1/2 hour on the treadmill and 1/2 hour of weight training starting in about an hour. When I am done, I will feel happy and hungry!

I didn't go today ( at least not yet!!) I did last night, I think I went a little too much with the cardio I thought I was gonna hurl for like an hour afterwards.. after that went away I was fine! I think I'll take today off though..

I'm heading to the gym in an hour. I too, shall be sweaty and stinky, but I hope that I feel as great as you do. Today is my first day back at the gym, and I've quit smoking and drinking to get back to my sexy self.

I haven't worked out today yet. I am going swimming later! Yay! Swimming is my favorite workout because you don't feel sweaty and you don't get hot and you have fun. Don't you agree?

I live in Atlanta and usually because of the heat I work out first thing in the morning so my days are always great.

I took over for two guys that work hard for a living, to give them their breaks (and did both of their jobs at once). I figure if I do that three times in one day (instead of twice), I'll be ready for the olympics....
