lol i heard that they put him in a room with a faucet turned on high with water spilling over, hand him a mop and tell him to clean it up, if he starts mopping he needs more treatment but if he turns off the faucet then mops up the rest they can let him go

That question does make sense, cause I believe that mental ppl aren't really mental, I just think they just act like that. I mean at my school, we have some mentally challanged ppl, and even though we would expect them to act stupid and crazy, they do, but they also know as much stuff as we do. I guarantee you that if you had a conversation with them, they can respond with comments that you wouldn't even imagine.
